If you want to lose weight, the morning is the best time to train, according to a new study carried out by specialists from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. Specifically, the optimal time for a brisk walk moderate or vigorous exercise is between 7 and 9 in the morning.
In the study, people who exercised in the morning had a lower BMI (body mass index) and waist circumference compared to the groups who exercised in the afternoon or evening, even though they were the most sedentary.

The research team analyzed 5,285 people, using data from 2003-2004 and 2005-2006. In general, members of the group were 10 to 13 years older than those in the other groups. There were also more women in the morning group, and most of the participants had higher education and had never used tobacco or alcohol.
