You Lose Weight Quickly if you do Sports at a Specific Time

Lose Weight Quickly

Have you set out to lose weight? A study claims that you will lose weight quickly if you train at a certain time of the day!

When it comes to losing weight, many techniques promise to help, but what is clearly known is that diet and exercise are the basis of weight loss! While a caloric deficit helps us lose weight, exercise accelerates this process because it burns calories, increases metabolic rate, stimulates muscles, and can regulate appetite.

But to make the most of all these benefits, when is it better to exercise, morning, lunch or evening? A study gives us the answer!

Do you want to lose weight? Do sports between these hours!

If you want to lose weight, the morning is the best time to train, according to a new study carried out by specialists from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. Specifically, the optimal time for a brisk walk moderate or vigorous exercise is between 7 and 9 in the morning.

In the study, people who exercised in the morning had a lower BMI (body mass index) and waist circumference compared to the groups who exercised in the afternoon or evening, even though they were the most sedentary.

People who exercise in the morning have predictable schedules, which could help them stick to their diet and lifestyle: “People who exercise regularly in the morning may have predictable schedules, such as or to work in shifts, which could bring advantages on weight, but also on sleep and stress levels, indicators that were not measured in this study’.

How many people were analyzed

The research team analyzed 5,285 people, using data from 2003-2004 and 2005-2006. Also, the study, published in ” Obesity.org ” and cited by ” Talker News, “points out that people who exercised in the morning were more motivated to follow a healthy diet compared to other groups. In general, members of the group were 10 to 13 years older than those in the other groups. There were also more women in the morning group, and most of the participants had higher education and had never used tobacco or alcohol.
