Start the day with a glass of plain water mixed with fresh lemon juice in the morning.

This plant has diuretic properties that can increase urine production. Not only that, dandelion tea can stimulate blood circulation to the kidneys.

Dandelion Paste Tea

Ingredients:

1 or 2 teaspoons of dried dandelion leaves.

A cup of hot water.

Add the dried leaves to the water and let them steep for 10-15 minutes.

Drink 2-3 cups of dandelion tea throughout the day.

Watermelon Seed Tea

Another good diuretic is watermelon seed tea. It is a good stimulant that purifies the kidneys and the urinary bladder. If your kidneys are not very active, watermelon seed tea can encourage them to work harder.

Ingredients

One tablespoon of watermelon seeds (crushed or cut).

2 cups of water.

Preparation:

  • Boil the water.
  • Put the watermelon seeds in a bowl and pour the boiling water over them.
  • Let the tea cool down. Hang up and drink.
  • Drink the tea once a day for three days a week.

Celery Seed Tea

Celery works on the kidneys by speeding up the elimination of waste. Some clinical studies conducted in China have shown that this food increases urine output and can help relieve kidney pain. 

Celery has a calming effect on the stomach and can give relief from pain and flatulence. The volatile oil found in celery has antifungal properties and is effective against many bacteria. Therefore, it can also get rid of kidney infections.

Ingredients:

One tablespoon of ground celery seeds.

A cup of hot water.

Preparation:

  • Put the celery seeds in a glass and pour the hot water over them.
  • Let the tea cool down.
  • Hang up and drink.
  • Drink this tea once a day. Repeat three times a week.

Attention: As celery is a uterine stimulant, pregnant women should not drink celery seed tea. This tea can also cause delayed menstruation.
