Hormone Yoga Will Calm Your Raging Hormones

Hormones control the proper functioning of organs. But if they are out of balance, it can be very uncomfortable. Before you go for hormone replacement, try hormone yoga. He can help.

Fatigue, excessive night sweats, weight gain, irregular periods, and menopausal symptoms are all problems caused by hormonal imbalance. Your doctor will prescribe hormone replacement therapy for them and warn you that this is a demanding and long-term treatment. If you are one of those who prefer alternative natural methods to swallow pills, you can try hormone yoga therapy.

Unlike patients who have tried the medical route, people with experience with hormone yoga therapy talk about a significant improvement in their health after a brief period of regular exercise.

Thirty-seven-year-old Mirka noticed a significant improvement in her menstrual problems after completing the seminar: “I got my period today. Although I was in the premenstrual phase, I menstruated irregularly or after a very long time, but this time it came on the 33rd day. And I only completed the one-weekend workshop.”

How Does HJT Work?

Hormonal Yoga Therapy (HJT) helps to harmonize hormone levels in both women and men, and people with diabetes note the beneficial effects of one of its forms.

It is a set of twenty-one exercises from hatha yoga, adapted to stimulate the glands with internal secretion – especially the pituitary gland, thyroid gland, adrenal glands and ovaries. These exercises are enriched with a unique breathing technique and a Tibetan form of yoga that teaches us to direct energy to the places where we need it.

The sets of exercises are relatively easy and arranged in such a way as to be as effective as possible.

“There are three sets – one for women (not only) in menopause, the second for men (not only) in andropause and the third for people with diabetes. It is a fast, energizing and dynamic exercise,” says hormone yoga therapist Jana cernotová.

Look for Estrogen Behind Every Thing

“The result of the exercise is an increase in the level of estrogen in the body and stimulation of ovulation, elimination of symptoms related to low estrogen levels, better management of vital energy, reduction of fatigue, improvement of metabolism, revitalization of the organism, harmonization of the psyche and the energy system of the body,” says the therapist.

It is estrogen that is behind most of the problems and symptoms of menopause, and an increase in its level also prevents osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases.

Who Can HJT Help?

As a preventive therapy, HJT is recommended for women after age thirty-five, when the estrogen level slowly begins to decrease, and the first symptoms that accelerate the transition may appear.

Women with PMS and women with painful menstruation and heavy bleeding observe an improvement in their condition in a relatively short time. The therapy acts on the glands with internal secretion. It thus helps eliminate hot flushes, night sweats, and psychological ability and improves the quality of the skin, hair and nails.

When to Start Exercising?

Women under thirty-five should start any form of yoga. However, if a younger woman suffers from symptoms caused by a hormonal imbalance, she has a chance of improvement or complete recovery in the case of regular half-hour exercise.

Men and Hormone Yoga

However, hormone yoga can improve the quality of life for men as well. The therapy increases libido and sperm quality and improves intimate life experience. In addition, it balances emotional instability and depression.

“The harmony of the hormonal system is a necessary condition for our health,” says the therapist and trainer, who has been practising yoga since childhood. In addition, exercises stretch shortened muscles, strengthen sagging parts, and remove blocks on the spine, thereby improving the nerve supply of the entire body.

Hormonal yoga therapy for diabetics is a technique that reactivates the endocrine glands: pancreas, liver, thyroid gland and pituitary gland, harmonizes the hormonal system and helps maintain blood sugar levels.

It has a detoxifying and regenerative effect, helps prevent the development of chronic complications, and also significantly eliminates the consequences of stress, which is considered one of the main culprits of the disease.

It is not a substitute for treatment, but it helps to manage the disease better and to keep your metabolism under better control.
