Made in a certified HACCP production system

January and February are the months when the media focuses on various diets and describes and evaluates them. Losing weight is undoubtedly a famous and popular topic, especially when every second adult and every tenth child is overweight in our country.

The fight with extra pounds is not only an aesthetic matter but is mainly a fight for health. Being overweight or obese are synonyms for the risk of developing type II diabetes.

Type, heart attack, high blood pressure, overloading of the joints and severe health complications due to a viral disease. We thought of everyone tired of drastic yo-yo dieting, swallowing “miracle pills” for weight loss, and not wanting to undergo expensive liposuction.

We combined the pleasant with the valuable and excellent coffee for weight loss with biologically active substances that gradually affect the metabolism.

People who increased their physical activity (appropriate for their age and health status) lost weight faster. In addition, even a short walk was evaluated as contributing to mental well-being and optimism.

Some people in the age group under 35 with a few extra kilos may still lose weight relatively quickly. You need to adjust your diet slightly and go to the gym more often, and that’s it.

But what do you advise an overweight diabetic to skip meals when he should be eating regularly so that his blood sugar levels don’t fluctuate? What about the overweight lady waiting for a joint replacement and losing a few kilos before the surgery – to go to the fitness centre 3 times a week? Even such persons need to be thought of and helped!

Still, due to its ability to be supplementary nutrition in the fight against “civilization” ills, it is intended for long-term use, not only for obese individuals, especially when the price of one serving of this particular coffee is very reasonable.

Active substances and described positive effects

It is a dietary supplement the unique composition and effects have been verified in patent proceedings. Weight loss was also demonstrated in people who did not change their eating habits and did not increase physical activity.

Our verification focused on weight loss:

In a double-blind trial, 11 volunteers aged 23-60 years were given a dietary supplement as an instant coffee drink with daily doses of active substances according to example 2 for 45 days. The control group consisted of 5 volunteers aged 25-62, who were given a placebo in the form of the same amount of the same food carrier – instant coffee with prebiotic fibre.

According to the invention, body weight loss in the group with the dietary supplement reached an average of 4.36% of the initial weight with a standard deviation of ±0.49 and 1.8% of the BMI value with a standard deviation of ±0.29 during the given period. In the control group, no significant changes in weight, and thus neither BMI, were recorded.

Biologically active ingredients:

Resveratrol, green coffee extract and fucoxanthin represent an ideal combination of natural substances combining their action in the body into one desirable effect: gradual weight loss.

Fucoxanthin

Fucoxanthin is isolated from the edible seaweed Undaria pinnatifida. It belongs to the group of xanthophylls belonging to carotenoids. Its action will be appreciated by everyone with excess fat stored in the abdominal area.

In a clinical, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, the effect of fucoxanthin (1 or 3 mg daily) was investigated in obese Japanese adult men and women with a body mass index (BMI) greater than 25 kg/m2 for 4 weeks.

Conclusions: Fucoxanthin reduced body weight, BMI and abdominal fat by affecting both visceral and subcutaneous fat (significantly also in the thigh area). As a result, Fucoxanthin may improve overweight conditions in both men and women.

No abnormalities in blood pressure, heart rate, blood parameters, and urinalysis parameters were found in subjects taking fucoxanthin. More detail: There was a significant reduction in body weight, BMI and visceral fat area in the 3 mg fucoxanthin/day group compared to the placebo group.

The relative values of total fat mass, subcutaneous fat area, waist circumference, and suitable thigh circumference were also significantly lower in the 1 mg fucoxanthin/day group than in the placebo group.

Resveratrol l

Resveratrol l, also this plant component, found in higher quantities mainly in red wine, has been studied for a long time worldwide because it can have many effects on the body, including dilating blood vessels and reducing the risk of blood clotting.

It can also reduce pain and swelling, lower blood sugar, and help the body fight disease. It has been proven to improve the activity of cellular mitochondria (they function as a cellular power plant in which critical biochemical processes occur), thereby contributing to a more intensive conversion of food into energy. It works mainly in the field of lipid/fat metabolism.

Studies show that resveratrol protects the brain from the loss of neurons and thus slows the onset of diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, Amyotrophic sclerosis and other diseases that cause dementia.

In the past decade, the small polyphenol resveratrol has received widespread attention as a potential therapy or preventive agent for several diseases. Studies suggest that resveratrol has anti-ageing, anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may be relevant to human chronic disease and longevity.

Initial research in laboratory models is quite significant, but the affirmative effects of resveratrol supplementation on human physiological responses are the most important. The polyphenolic structure of resveratrol owes to its antioxidant activity and can reduce oxidant-induced apoptosis and oxidation of low-density lipoproteins (LDL).

The cardioprotective activity of resveratrol is associated with the inhibition of platelet aggregation and LDL oxidation and the promotion of arterial vasorelaxation.

Green coffee extract

Green coffee extract with standardized chlorogenic acid content. This extract targets carbohydrate metabolism. Optimizes and stabilizes blood sugar levels. A balanced glucose level in the blood limits feelings of hunger and, above all, “cravings” for sweet foods. Antioxidant properties are another positive feature of a green coffee extract with standardized chlorogenic acid content.

Several studies have shown that green coffee bean extract can help people lose weight. In a 2017 study of obese women, taking 400 mg of green coffee bean extract for 8 weeks along with an energy-restricted diet resulted in more significant weight loss than following the same diet alone.
